Wedding Details

OK, so here it is, another post! We're getting married in Colombia on the 15th of August and we're starting to put together some resources, but currently haven't got anywhere central to keep them all so while I remember I'll post some of them here!

We haven't sent out invites yet, but we're in the process of sorting that out.

So far we've got:

We've got an excellent rate on a hotel ideally located in Bogota, it's the Club Militar. It can only be booked by somebody serving in the Colombian Military so we will be booking this together, so if you're interested please let us know. More information on this to come but just to give you an idea the room rate will be approx. £20 - £25 a night! We've got rates on another couple of hotels and I'll post that info soon.

Flights - A great site that we tend to use to find the cheapest flights is TravelJungle. There are no direct flights from London to Bogota so the usual route will take you via the US or possibly Spain. To give you an idea of price, we're expecting prices to be somewhere around the £700 mark, please note that's just a rough guide. There are cheaper flights around, for example you can get a flight at the time of writing for around £550 with a short overnight stop in Mexico.
